Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

TransUnion has blocked me from getting my credit report online. This is preventing me from being able to monitor my credit report for fraudulent activity. I am paying TransUnion to be able to monitor my credit score & report but ca n't update or view anymore reports from them due to the block. I 've attempted to call TransUnion and I get transferred to the fraud department which then transfers me to some some special Priority department voicemail. I 've left several voicemails and they do not return phone calls.
