Barclays consumers have reported over 106 official complaints related to Rewards. Out of the 106 consumer complaints against Barclays, 8% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Barclays responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 24% of consumer complaints against Barclays resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 25% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

I NEVER defaulted on any amount owed with them ; I have paid them every cent that was owed and did it on-time or before it was due.
