Barclays Credit card department,
When I signed up for my credit card, I received an - pass good for a year ( I activated my card and received the passes on -/-/- ). I called BarclayCard support on -/-/- asking for the specific date of expiration of my pass. The representative said that my pass expires on -/-/-, and I confirmed with that same representative that I can use the pass through -/-/-. I found out today - -/-/- - that my pass expires on -, contradicting the information given by the representative. I contacted BarclayCard today asking if they can either extend the date or reimburse the cost of a pass ( $100.00 ), and they only offered me - or - points, worth $20.00 or $50.00 respectively. Had I been informed of the correct date by the representative I spoke with, I certainly would have used the pass. Instead, I was misled and unable to use the benefit I intended to use when I signed up for the card.
