Barclays Credit card department,
Hello I have been a Barclays account holder for several years having multiple accounts. They ended up closing my Barclay Arrival - ending in - however they did not release the accrued rewards in the account. I talked to someone when I inquired about my account closure and it was my understanding that I would receive a check for the rewards that were accured which was for over $1000.00. I have not seen any credit/check from Barclay and any further communication to them tells me I will get account closure info in the mail. On my - -, 2015 statement it indicated I had - reward points available. However I have not been able to get these rewards out.
