It posts the funds to the account but when I try to withdraw it from the ATM it does n't allow me to. It also wipes out my balance when I try to use it in any store or contact them about not being able to use it. Also, when I contact them they hang up in my face or tell me that there is nothing they can do until it 's fixed and they have not estimated date or time that it will be corrected. I have spoke with - representatives that claim the problem is being handled. It has yet to be resolved. I have a direct deposit that will hit tomorrow. There is no way to suspend the transaction. Rushcard is not giving me answers as to if I will have access to my money. Also you have to call - times before someone answers. You call the number and it just continues to hang up. I am a single parent and - kids and i just could not figure out how to feed my kids day by day. I was devasted and cried daily. The need to pay for what they did to us. They conducted a server change, my card would not work, embarrassed to find out after food shopping my card declined on $ -+ in groceries.
