I recently ordered items from - for -. Upon realizing that they would not be delivered in time for the holidays, I cancelled the orders. Unfortunately, the payment authorization holds that were placed by - remained on my RushCard account. I contacted - Customer Service and they assured me that the money had not been withdrawn, as all my orders were cancelled. Upon calling RushCard Customer Service, they stated they would need verbal authorization from the merchant stating all orders/totals had been cancelled. We participated in a conference call with - and they confirmed the needed information. When speaking with the RushCard representative afterward, he stated that since my account had not been open six months, he could not do anything. Because of RushCard 's policy regarding this, I will not receive my money for TEN DAYS. I need this money to finish my children 's - shopping, which was my intent when I cancelled the orders.
