RushCard has stopped me from taking money out of my account I have tried to contact them for the last - hours and I 've been put on hold for at least - hours and then hung up on or I will talk to a supervisor and they will put me back on hold and they will hang up this has been an ongoing problem I see charges on my account that I have not purchase anything because I have not been able to use my card I 'm not able to pay my bills because they 're holding my money
