PayPal consumers have reported over 69 official complaints related to Billing disputes. Out of the 69 consumer complaints against PayPal, 30% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 33% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 7% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

PayPal Credit card billing disputes May 7, 2015 - I have had a Bill Me Later ( BML ) credit account for several years and have had no trouble navigating their website to make my payments. BML was taken over by PayPal ( P-P ) within the last year. When I would make a payment after P-P took it over, I would go to the BML website and be redirected to the P-P payment page.
