I made an ebay purchase on - - 2015 through paypal to the - for $370.00. Paypal billed my paypal account associated with ebay AND my paypal credit card account. Discussions with paypal go something like this, they say to call paypal if I call the credit card section and vice versa. I suspect this is the tip of the iceberg and I am not the only one being cheated our of my money. I felt when I talked to the - arms of paypal the system was rigged to never refund anyone any money.
