PayPal Credit card department,
I purchased an item from the clothing retailer - - on -/-/2015 with funds from Paypal credit 's Bill Me Later. The item was returned to - - on -/-/2015 and - - issued a refund credit for the full amount of $570.00 on -/-/2015. Since then, Paypal Credit has not posted the refund to my account and I still owe them money. I have faxed in proof of return numerous times, sent emails of screenshots indicating that this item was returned, and have spent countless hours on the phone yielding no results. At this point, I will have to start paying the charge and I find it to be ludicrous to have to begin payments on something that I returned 3 months ago which has been acknowledged by the retailer.
