I was enrolled in a Paypal Credit Program without my knowledge. After receiving a paper statement in - I immediately submitted a complaint to PayPal about the fees and charges and within - payments paid the entire balance, excluding these fees. After receiving a no response regarding my request I contacted customer service via phone and was advised a - time waiver of approximately $35.00 would be issued but PayPal credit refused to waive all charges in excess of $100.00. Likewise I was informed that I could not speak to a supervisor because they do not take calls. Subsequently I have no other course of action other than submission of a complaint via CFPB.
