I am currently experiencing some of the problems listed out in the allegations, including an enrollment of Paypal credit without my knowledge, illegal billing practices ( I believe -, as well as a shocking inability to reach anyone at Paypal Credit - or PayPal - customer service who can help me figure out my issue. They are emailing me and calling me every day insisting I owe them money however I am seeing absolutely - activity in my account - in fact, I do n't think I have ever used their services. However, every time I call them I am on hold for close to 1 hour before having to hang up, and every time I email them, no one is able to help me reach a resolution or aid me in understanding where these charges are coming from. They are saying that my balance is $570.00. On - I called the CFPB to discuss my complaint and the representative directed me to file this form for an official complaint.
