PayPal Credit card department,
I am one of many affected by the PayPal Bill me later scandal in which it forced me to open a line of credit without my permission or consent. It forces you to think you are verifying your account rather than opening something new. I 'm curious how to receive compensation for this error and loss of time and finances. Hoping the consent order filed today is approved.
