I called Synchrony Bank on -/-/2016 to re-open the account and they refused and told me to re-apply and that it can not be re-opened if closed for non activity. All my other creditors allow me to re-open accounts without a problem. Im not re-applying for another account just to have a hard credit inquiry on my credit report.
