Closing/Cancelling account New Jersey
I had Care Credit Credit Card with Synchrony Bank. On -/-/2016 i paid the Balance $50.00 and I asked to close the account. I kept sending me statements. I called they inform that i have to pay interest and they will waive the late charges. On -/-/2016 I paid $260.00 and close the account. till now I am getting statement with interest and late charges. When I contact them the said it is different account, of which i did not open.
