Closing/Cancelling account Tennessee
JC Penney closed my credit card account on -/-/- without contacting me in any way. This has caused my credit score to drop more than - points. Id had this credit card account since -/-/-. I contacted JC Penney and was told there was nothing they could do about the closed account and that they could not reopen it. I was told Id have to open another credit card account.
