Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Closing/Cancelling account California

WALMART MASTERCARD / Synchrony Bank blocked my credit card a month ago. Then, they blocked my online access, so I ca n't even pay the bill. They do not want to speak with me saying they do n't know who I am. They could not be any more difficult. Most banks know how to appreciate your business. Not this one.
