Lowe 's Consumer Credit/Synchrony Bank intentionally causes payment difficulties and refuses to acknowledge their failures. I repeatedly attempted to pay my Lowe 's Consumer Credit Card via their automatic system and it failed each month until I finally just paid it off in person. I perceive through my interaction with their customer service that this is a systematic attempt to create circumstances which will result in fees or interest charges.
