I received a automated call from the Lowe 's card fraud department. I called because the automated system was vary confusing in what it was asking me to confirm. At this point i was a little frustrated and upset because it effects the delivery I thought was already set-up for the fridge I ordered. The person who came on the phone she told me that they needed to verify it was me and told me that the card would now work. at this point i was irritated already with this agent. I was concerned with what was happening with my order the rep was not help, she kept telling me information that contradicted each other. she told me i would have to go replace the order and then said i do n't she couldnt actually give me a real answer to my question which made me more upset. i asked if this is going to be an issue who do i talk to about canceling my card. She said that that would be her but i cant cancel my card unless i pay my balance. This really made me upset because the agent rather then helping me would rather cancel


unauthorized because i wanted to have her correct the problem and mentioned on the call that if we cant get this fixed that i am going to close the card and would never reopen it if i do decided to close it. Additionally i was refused a supervisor when i got a supervisor they could n't hep but did mention that i had been hung up on and that the reps should not have done that. i have let 3 days pass and still have had no manager call back regarding the unauthorized closing of the account and the issue of pulling the call and responding to my concerns.
