Closing/Cancelling account Louisiana

Synchrony Bank has shut down my credit cards and will not speak to me as to why? I have been the victim of ID theft in the past and have had several fraud accounts that were opened with them fraudgently. But the - credit cards i did have with them were shut down and closed. I spoke with a fraud Special Operations Manager who was not to friendly nor was he helpful. I sent in paperwork as he requested and have not heard anything back. I feel as though I am begin treated as a criminal. I would like to please know what is going on here?
