I filed a bankruptcy loan back in 2008 and I clearly told my attorney to make sure my house was not included in the bankruptcy. At that time, my escrow balance was $4600.00. However, Ditech Financial deducted another MIP premium payment for $300.00 on - -, 2016, after the loan was paid off.
