I had short sold my home in -/-/-. My mortgage company was Green Tree Financial. They reported to the credit bureaus as normal. Since then I have been rebuilding my credit and as of -/-/- they are re-reporting my short sale on my credit under a new company name of Ditech. It is showing an $88000.00 balance owed and they are reporting 30, 60, 90, 120 day late payments. This has brought my credit score down over - points.
