Ditech and the credit bureaus are falsely reporting that my account status as of - -, 2016 is " past due. '' I have written the company, and when I called the company on - -, 2016 I was told that they only report to the credit bureaus every six months. It is not acceptable for the company to have false information in my credit report for a six-month period.
