My brother passed away and as executor and heir to his estate the lender Ditech refused to work with me. I was denied any and all assistance including forebearances, cash for keys, lowered payments etc. this is also my primary residence. Currently, I am awaiting confirmation of the sheriffs sale scheduled for - -.
