I have submitted a Complete modification package to Ditech and on -/-/2017 I was denied. I do not agree with the denial letter due to incorrect Income. On -/-/2017 i submitted a appeal and request for a second review of which was properly sent and received. I do not agree with the modification decision and my denial letter states that i have the right to appeal the decision within 30 days of the denial letter. I have complied with all the terms of the denial letter and have submitted my appeal to Ditech, however Ditech have not responded to the appeal and have purposely disregarded my loss mitigation assistance appeal and are proceeding with the foreclosure of my home on -/-/2017.
