I received a call from - x - at DiTech Financial on -/-/2017 at -. He called to ask me, " how things were going. '' I advised him that I was n't sure what the purpose of this call was but should n't you be the one telling me how things were going? He had no explanation for the call. I told him the reason for this call since I 've never received calls back from him despite the dozens and dozens of messages I left for him was the complaint filed by me. He stated, " yes, that was the reason '' even though he had no information to give me. He put me on hold for several minutes so he could speak with his manager. When he returned, he stated, " my manager has no information to give you. '' I again told him that I really did n't know what the purpose of the call was other than to waste my time. I asked him to make sure his notes on my account for this call reflected just that!
