Three times we have requested info on the - program. On -/-/16, I was put on hold by Ditech for over two hours. They were sarcastic and talked to me with a slow, - tone as though I was a child. I asked to speak to a manager. He did not know any - info. I simply wanted to know the required loan to value ratio. They are unable to furnish any info about my loan. This is a horrible, rude company with no customer service. They are incompetent.
