I was notified that my job was laying me off while on -, I was not told that I need to sign documentation regarding my severance PRIOR to me taking a new job. Employer did not give me the severance package indicated in my emails. My house is now in foreclosure - I found a new job and I have the money that is currently owed on the loan but the legal fees is keeping me from reinstating my loan.
