Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info March 8, 2017 - I received an email updating informing me that some collections which were previously removed from my Trans Union credit report were added back which dropped my score tremendously. I never received any type of written or email notification from them stating that they were going to add these items back to my report and know that they should have send me some type of notification within 5 days informing me of why any changes were incurred. All of these items were previously removed from my credit. When they added the items back to my report, they added them as charge offs which was not the case.... |

Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info March 6, 2017 - Reviewed my credit alerts and notice that Transunion removed inquiries from my report and then reinserted them back on my report. I called to Transunion to resolve this situation and they did not want to resolve. My rights were violated under FCRA while I was not notified of any reinsertion of deleted items. I spoke with - reps - saying he was the supervisor named - and he would not provide me the name of the rep I spoke to prior. All I wanted was for them to correct their mistake and remove the inquiries that should not have been reinserted without notification.... |

I received an updated credit report dated -/-/2017 that advised me that - Ref # - was deleted and - Acct # - was also deleted the information also showed it was deleted from viewing my account in credit check total. Now today a little over a month later both accounts have be re-inserted to my credit which has caused my credit score to drop and ruined my chances of having a loan that i had applied for being finalized.... |
