BETWEEN THE DATES OF -/-/2017 AND -/-/2017 TRANSUNION HAD A GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM THAT VIOLATED THE RIGHTS OF THEIR CONSUMERS UNDER SECTION 6.11. AS A RESULT, I HAVE BEEN GRAVELY AFFECTED. - COLLECTION ACCOUNT AND - INQUIRIES WAS DELETED THEN ADDED BACK ONTO MY CREDIT REPORT. TRANSUNION HAD FIVE DAYS TO NOTIFY ME ABOUT THIS REINSERTION. NO NOTICE WAS EVER GIVEN WHICH IS A VIOLATION AND I AM REQUESTING THAT THE COLLECTION ACCOUNT AND ALL INQUIRIES LISTED BELOW BE REMOVED.
