Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Florida

This account has been removed from my report between - but was reported in - of 2016 by the creditor. My complaint towards Transunion and - - is that they have reported an account that was removed completely from my credit report. My understanding is that once something is removed, which the team at - - - has accomplished, it can not be reported again. Perhaps my understanding of the rules that govern these affairs is too literal, but I do not feel that their reporting is accurate or allowable as they report the account as newly charged off monthly with continued late payments long after the vehicle was sold at auction and the account was charged off.
