On or about - -, - I disputed - Account # - in the amount of $2400.00 with Transuinion and on or about - - - Transunion notified me that they had removed the information from my credit report. In - - I checked to verify that said negative information was removed and confirmed it was indeed removed. On - -, - I discovered a - Account # - with the same amount of $2400.00 and same dates had been re-inserted into my credit file in - -. The credit reporting agencies, TransUnion included, are required to notify me within five ( 5 ) days of re-inserting a previously deleted item. I did not receive any such notification. Please have them delete this item immediately. This appears to be nothing more than an attempt by - to simply change the account number to circumvent the reinsertion clause that requires verification of the debt as again, no history or other information has been provided to validate the debt and TransUnion did not verify that before allowing reinsertion and has not provided that to me as required. I have also opened a dispute with TransUnion as well. TransUnion # - Respectfully, - - -
