Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Florida

I have a list of collections and creditors that repeatedly get removed only to be reinserted, sometimes the SAME DAY! Some are removed from my credit report and put onto my husband 's report, others just get reinserted or change company names. Some are disputed and then removed, sometimes the previously removed items are reinserted and deemed valid, by the credit reporting agency that removed them previously.
