Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

i recently received a letter from Transunion on -/-/2017 stating that the investigation of the dispute of credit error item had completed, and the item of error has been successfully deleted or removed from my credit report. So i checked my credit report online and the item was cleared then but somehow on -/-/2017 the item of error reappear on my credit report again as i recheck my credit online religiously. i have been discussed this matter with the credit grantor and it was settled in an agreement. In my humble request for the credit report agency to investigate what is happening with this matter and provide a best solution in regard of this item of error.
