Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info New Jersey

Reviewed my credit alerts and notice that Transunion removed inquiries from my report and then reinserted them back on my report. I called to Transunion to resolve this situation and they did not want to resolve. My rights were violated under FCRA while I was not notified of any reinsertion of deleted items. I spoke with - reps - saying he was the supervisor named - and he would not provide me the name of the rep I spoke to prior. All I wanted was for them to correct their mistake and remove the inquiries that should not have been reinserted without notification.
