Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Florida

Contact Transunion about a glitch that they had in -/-/- they deleted my collections and inquiries and then 2 days later they were reinserted without proper notification representative was fully aware of glitch they had back n - but he told me that he could n't help me about it that everything is back to normal I explained to customer care that they did not follow the proper procedures sending notifications in writing to customers about this issue that I was demanding for the items to be delete due to not receiving any notification from Transunion customer care replied sorry but he could n't do anything that it is not a Transunion issue.
