Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Illinois

I have a list of collections and creditors that repeatedly get removed only to be reinserted, sometimes the SAME DAY! Some are removed from my credit report and put onto my wife 's report, other just get reinserted or change company names. Some are disputed and then removed, sometimes the previously removed items are reinserted and deemed valid, by the same agency that removed them previously.
