Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Maryland

An entry was deleted by my Transunion- and - credit reports. The account was held by - - - - - this debt was originally with - - and removed it then has been sold to - it was removed and has now reappeared. I wrote to Transunion and - about this collection and no response and nothing has been done. It seems very unfair that a debt can be removed and reappear reaged, and also with another company to disguise it.
