I called Transunion and spoke to - -. I informed her that several inquiries on my report were reinserted on my report after previously being deleted. I got this information at the result of my credit monitoring. I asked - - to permanently remove the reinserted items but she refused, even after confirming they were removed and then reinserted. I expected Transunion to follow the laws that are in place to protect us consumers.
