I recently lost my job, and was attempting to put my loans into forbearance or deferment. Navient charges $50.00 per loan for a 3 month Forbearance period. I 've sent in a forbearance payment which was - dollars for - signature loans to this cover up - - now Navient student loan company. Some staff member did not follow through what was submitted. I 've contacted the better bureau business about the company as well. The Navient feedback was a fraudulent submission.
