Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments Indiana
I 'm three days away from defaulting on my loan. For the past 6 months I 've tried to work with my provider to keep up payments and they have n't been helpful. I received advice from a service rep to allow my account to go into collections after - months to receive more options for help with my loans. This has not been my experience. No help or alternatives were given.
