Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments Ohio

I have been unemployed for three months now and lost my unemployment benefits. It could take three weeks or lose them totally. I was asking for a short deferment on my loans so I can get a job and start repaying my loans. I was 30 days behind on a loan and called them for help in this matter. On - -, I spoke with Navient about getting help to resolve this issue. I was told that they would help me if my co-signer was not able to help. Navient spoke with my co-signer and since she is on a fixed income, she could not help. A week later I received a call from Navient saying that I need to make the full payment and they were not going to work with me. So today, I called Navient again on - -, 2016 and asking what kind of program they have for an out of work veteran. I was asking for a short -3 month deferment so I can find work and start repaying my loans. I was told that there was nothing they can do because I exhausted all my forbearances in the beginning of my loan. I was force to take a low paying job right out of - school because they stated that my externship is part of the school and If I did not get any job that was in the - field, I would not graduate and would never get a - degree from that school. We were all promised high paying - jobs when we left school. I did not and have been fighting hard to pay for my loans. I, myself, and co-signer are tired of all the harassing phone calls from Navient. They will hang up the phone if you tell them that you are recording the conversation.
