My loans with - - was transferred to Navient, since they came on with this company been a calling asking for some type of financial assistance, whether its forbearance, deferment, or income base payments, everyone gives you a different response and now my loans is 4 months late effecting my credit while other lenders have been of assistance. The representatives are rude, they continue to transfer to - rep to another rep to another with no one who can give you consistent answer, its overwhelming and unfair to the consumer
