I have paid - - now Navient every month until recently when I became unemployed and my wife could no longer afford to make payments to them on my behalf due to medical bills. I called Navient several times to see if I could request a financial hardship. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. I would just have to make the payments. I receive approximately - to - calls per day from them requesting money. Are there any options that I can take as to keep my credit in tack, thank you.
