- - - in - -, CA made false claims that they would provide job prospects and placement upon graduation and sold high cost loans to pay for that false hope then harassed me for overdue debts while I was in school. The school never intended to extend classes to allow me to finish my educational program. I made several attempts to continue classes but the school never complied. This was negligent on the school. I did not get the opportunity to finish school, so I was never allowed to get job placement. I filed for discharge on the loan based on False Certification Ability to benefit and I am in legal pursuit for debt forgiveness by defraud.
