I have a loan program called FFELP. I made a complain before about my student loan account number -. On this account I have about - loans. I have contacted the Salliemae/- informing them I have no job and I needed to have my loan payments deferred, I requested this form since - -, due to unemployment. I have not received any document from - and department of education. I have submitted a complain to Ambushed men but no solution. Every day I received more than - calls a day from - and Dep. of Education asking for pass due payment in the amount of $1600.00 to pay immediately. I have no job I just wonder How will I pay them. I also know that I have a right to deferred my student loan. I just do n't know when the phone calls will stop. I spoe with most of them on phone telling me they want to help. i asked How? once I ask that question they hanged up the phone.
