I was told 3 times in -, - and -, -, that my loan would be deferred ( 48 months ) because I was a full-time student. I filled out all the paperwork and my school did also. On - -, -, I received - letters from Navient each saying a different thing about the loan. My University reports monthly so I waited till start -/-/- for reporting. I started getting dunning calls about my loan being was late. After three 45 minutes call with - " managers '' I am " UNABLE '' unable to use my last two months of deferment that I am eligible for according to loan documents cause it DOES not fit into their bill cycle. They can help by lowering interest rate to 1 % and payment goes to $160.00 a month. I requested copies of the loan documents at end of -, -. The loan documents sent were dated -/-/-, and post marked -/-/-, and I did NOT receive them til -/-/-. I am called atleast 6 times a day by the automated dailer from area codes from -, -, and - all without them leaving a voicemail as to why they are calling. I have explained the situation about their misinformation to me on numerous occasions and that I do not have means to pay because on SSI but they are unwilling to do anything but the above. Please help and investigate billing practices/conversations/collection practices
