Navient worker - and his manager where very rude to me, try to threaten and force me to make a payment based off the fact they offered me a plan. I explained I could not afford it, and the manager said since you declined my offer I 'm going to note it and we will have you account turned over. He went on to say how is it there your paying your other bills but you ca n't afford to pay us. We are a private loan we do n't have to work with you are offer you anything.He then went on to say I 'm going to call your co-signer now which is my father, using my number as If I was actually calling him, the manager attempted to call my dad. He returned and said he left a message and that we both need to get money together and pay. If I had any kind of work I should know the day I should be paid and I can just pay them then, I asked if I could defer my payment he never answered my question but continued to be rude and say I had no other option but to tell him a date and he could take the money out of my account.
