My complaint is genuine. I 've sent in a forbearance payment which was - dollars for - signature loans to this cover up - - now Navient student loan company. Some staff member did not follow through what was submitted. I 've contacted the better bureau business about the company as well. The Navient feedback was a fraudulent submission. As as of now they did n't keep they word regarding the terms and conditions which were complied in the letter. They continue to call everyday using fraudulent out of state numbers which is very harassing after the company knows I am unemployed.
