Experian Credit reporting credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result December 21, 2016 - On or around - -, 2016 a dispute involving inaccurate credit reporting data was submitted to Experian in regards to an unverified late payment. FCRA requires results be investigated in 30-45 days and notifications made. On -/-/16. I received online notification of other results but never for - account - which is negatively impacting my credit and has not been verified showing a late payment. I wrote the U.S. Bankruptcy court in South Carolina, and I got a letter back from the clerk of court stating that no reporting agency received any information that was requested, which means the item was not verified. Being that they have gone past the 30 days mark and can not verify these accounts, under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA - they are required to " ... promptly delete all information which can not be verified. I paid onetime every month using their online payment system. I have disputed the information accuracy with experian and it has came back verified.I was not given the name or physical documents showing how any information was verified.
